Meet Justine
Welcome! It's good to see you here.

I'm Justine - a teacher of both yoga and secondary school Science, lover of the outdoors and french culture, as well as being a paddleboarding novice. I very much enjoy exploring the Peak District with my 6 year old wee girl who also joins me in many of my home yoga practices.
I gain so much reward from offering a holistic approach to teaching and building the confidence of others.

I have been on my yoga journey for around 20 years, with an ever increasing appreciation for how the mind and body are so wonderfully interwoven. Yoga plays such an important role in my life and I'm delighted to offer these classes, sharing a space where we forge a connection between the breath and movement.

Open to all levels of experience, I invite you to join me at St Oswalds Church Hall for a nourishing and lighthearted evening practice together.
